Welcome to Lion Fans (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). By registering, logging in, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the following terms and conditions.
The Platform is dedicated to helping members increase engagement metrics on third-party social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Third-Party Social Media"). As services provided by the Platform may be affected by updates or policy changes on these social media platforms, members must acknowledge and fully agree to the following terms:

1. Member Account and Usage Guidelines
1. Members must provide accurate and complete personal information and properly safeguard their account credentials.
2. If a member violates laws, infringes on the rights of others, or engages in improper use, the Platform reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the membership without refunding any stored credits or payments.
3. Accounts may not be transferred, rented, or shared with others. The Platform reserves the right to suspend any account found in violation.
2. Credit Top-Up and Usage Rules
1. Credits provided by the Platform (hereinafter "Platform Credits") may only be used for specific services and features offered by the Platform. They cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or other goods.
2. Once credits are purchased, the transaction is considered complete. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for any reason. Please confirm your needs before purchasing.
3. If an account is suspended due to violations, or if a member voluntarily stops using the service, stored credits will not be refunded or compensated.
4. If Platform Credits have an expiration date, it will be announced via the system. Expired credits will not be refunded.
3. Platform Service Execution
1. If an order remains unexecuted for 15 days and you do not proactively report this to the Platform, the Platform will not provide compensation due to the difficulty in determining responsibility.
2. If an order has not been executed and the service becomes unavailable due to updates by the social media platform, you may request a refund only after 30 days have passed.
3. After an order has been fully executed, if likes, followers, or views decrease due to social media platform updates, the Platform will make best efforts to replenish for products marked with "After-Sales Service." However, since each platform update differs, if replenishment is not possible, you must assume this risk. The Platform makes no guarantees or compensation.
4. You acknowledge that purchasing our services only increases the visible metrics on your third-party social media accounts (including but not limited to views, likes, comments, shares). It does not guarantee marketing effectiveness, sales rates, or quality control. Therefore, refund requests based on unmet marketing expectations will not be accepted.
5. If you simultaneously purchase similar services from multiple platforms or vendors, the Platform will not provide compensation or refunds for any issues, as responsibility cannot be clearly determined.
6. The Platform has never experienced cases where using our products caused a submitted URL to be blocked or negatively affected. If such issues occur with your submitted URL, the Platform will not provide any compensation or refunds, as responsibility cannot be clearly determined. You must assume this risk.
7. All Platform services are fully automated. If you enter incorrect quantities or URLs due to negligence, the Platform cannot provide refunds.
8. The Platform promotes positive interaction and proper use. Members are strictly prohibited from using the service to spread negative messages, defamation, fraud, or any content that violates public morals or laws. If member actions cause harm to third parties, media controversy, or regulatory action, the Platform reserves the right to freeze accounts and credits, terminate service, and pursue damages. If illegal activity is suspected, the Platform will cooperate with authorities and may provide account information, operation records, and financial data for judicial purposes.
9. As the Platform clearly states that you must not place multiple orders for the same URL with the same service type simultaneously, if you do so and it causes execution errors or shortfalls, you may not request any compensation or refund.
4. Platform Rights and Obligations
1. The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of its services at any time without prior notice.
2. In cases of force majeure (such as system failures, hacking, policy changes), the Platform has the final right to interpret and adjust any anomalies affecting member data, credits, or transactions.
3. The Platform is not jointly liable for disputes, losses, or legal liabilities arising from the use of third-party services (such as creator content, external links, or payment platforms).
5. Content Guidelines and Liability Limitations
1. Members may not upload or distribute any illegal, false, obscene, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content.
2. The Platform does not guarantee that all services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available. The Platform is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from losses, misunderstandings, or misuse during service usage.
6. Legal Compliance and Governing Law
1. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taipei Shilin District Court as the court of first instance.
2. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
7. Amendment of Terms
The Platform reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amended terms will be posted on the website without individual notification. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Special Notice: "Platform Credits" provided by the Platform are virtual goods. They do not function as stored-value cards, electronic tickets, or third-party payment instruments, and are limited to use within the Platform. By purchasing credits, you agree to the Platform's management and rules regarding credits.
Other Important Terms
For services designated as "specific country" or "real person" types, you may not use personal judgment to determine that the executed content, traffic, or likes are from "fake accounts" or countries other than those specified, and request a refund on that basis.
Due to third-party platform updates, costs may increase, leading to higher unit prices. Please be aware that you may not request a refund based on price increases by the Platform.
The Platform reserves the right of final interpretation.
By topping up credits on the Platform and completing payment, you are deemed to have fully agreed to the Platform's terms.
Privacy Policy
We provide the Lion Fans platform services (hereinafter "the Platform"). To ensure your peace of mind when using our services and information, we hereby explain our privacy protection policy to safeguard your rights. Please read the following carefully:
1. Scope of Privacy Policy
This privacy policy covers how the Platform handles personally identifiable information collected when you use our website services. This policy does not apply to linked external websites or personnel not commissioned or managed by the Platform.
2. Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Information

5. Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
The Platform will never provide, exchange, rent, or sell any of your personal data to other individuals, groups, private enterprises, or government agencies, except where required by law or contractual obligations.
Exceptions include but are not limited to:
- With your written consent.
